2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
1 cup coffee, room temperature
1/2 cup canola oil or corn oil
1/2 tsp cup milk, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache:
200g dark chocolate, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter
