Thank you for choosing such a noble profession. My dad was in ICU with Covid and If it wasn’t for the nurses physical and occupational therapists he would not be here. Even just the small stuff like bed positioning to prevent his pressure sores. Best of luck to you!!!

This may be a personal question but trying to be as general as possible... how do you afford to work so little & survive nursing school on your own? I worry so much about keeping up with finances and this upcoming 3rd semester, I have like NO room for any workdays so now I’m getting worried 😟
Maybe it depends on what state she lives in, & maybe she’s not fully living on her own. But I understand what you mean. I’m from California and yeah I’m bearly getting by working 30-34 hours a week, plus currently finishing up nursing pre reqs and I’m a mom. It’s hard definitely now & something I worry about when I finally start nursing school. You got this though, girl!! 🙌🏽
@@izzyn4315 that’s true on state cost of living, but if I remember correctly, I believe she lives with her sister and herself, I could be wrong but just a general question I am curious as to how ppl handle their finances! :-)
