You missed: (1) Bus station on top of Box Hill Central. (2) size of the property which can impact the value of property for both suburbs (3) wet market in Box Hill
I hope you can introduce few good suburbs at Brighton side. Some suburbs that properties are reasonable price (more to the same price level as Box Hill and Doncaster), near to nice beach and public transport as well as low crime rate. Thanks.
Thanks for the suggestion! Just hv a look. Those suburbs (beachside with better public transport) hv much highest prices than boxhill n doncaster. E.g. the median unit price in Sandringham (the terminal of Sandringham train line) (795k) is around 232k more than Doncaster (563k). Those beachside suburbs which are nearer to the city are even more expensive.

当初Eastern Freeway还可以开通到Springvale Rd的时候（更别说Eastlink啦），进出Box Hill都要经过Doncaster Road。

The biggest is Hurstville in Sydney South but not well known compared to Box Hill or Sunnybank

Southbank如果住，睇你住邊個位. 住近Yarra river係靚嘅. 但後一D有條high way，擋陽光又嘈. 我覺得Southbank d 樓可能係全melb avg. 最高，高過city. 小小似Hk中環，似商業區多過住宅區.
