speaking of accidents, we need to have a conversation about first aid training in accidents, ile kuokoa accident victims na kuwabebanisha kama gunia za waru, people end up paralyzed or dead ju ya spinal injuries, unapata mtu amedungwa unatoa iyo chuma n end up killing them ju ya bleeding, people should be trained on how to handle accident victims..

But if you are paying rent then a house is important and it's more better to own yours. Iyo pesa ya rent na am sure ni more than 50k monthly, inaezalipa mortgage. Buy land iyo bado ni investment, car yard inaeza chomeka ujipate huna.
