It's like shoot 'em up games where the hurt box is just a pixel in the middle of the spaceship model. Unless an active hitbox interacts with it they're golden. Almost all the pokemon, for example, have tiny hurtboxes.

Every character that has the "DLC slide" should be able to make it unless their hurtbox goes back to the crouching stance.
I think Robin slightly goes forward with down tilt, but I never tried it.
So what I gathered was, to clear this you must be either:
1. Quite nimble
2. A lil creacher
3. Wario

Although Charizard made it through, he took 19%? That's much more than he usually takes, so he surely hit the lava, and therefore, I count it as a failure.
His super armor got him through, which seems fair game, there wasnt anything about damage taken, I think it was just whether it knocked you back to prevent you from going under.
@@corndogguy2373 Sure there are some arbitrarily rules within Prowder's challenges, but it's unfair to take damage from the lava and get away with it when the majority of characters cannot.
