No. Jiggs is the only character who can directional airdodge without touching the lava. I tried for about an hour with multiple characters, but the video is more accurate than you would think.

I feel like Samus might've done it, or at the very least gotten a bit closer, with some good down b usage. Also Lucario with Aura could've made it, especially since you seem to have a good grasp on those kinds of recovery. (Specifically talking about how you managed Diddy's recovery there.)

Like, because of the number of stairs, my every instinct is saying “no absolutely not”, but in the same vein, Side B. Probably a no, though, just because of the Up B height hitting the ceiling. Edit: Yep, good to know I still know Corrin’s moveset well after not playing for so long tho :D

I have a feeling that Seph can do it with EXTREMELY precise wall stabs and jumps. I also think Bayo can make it if she has an opponent to hit halfway through to get another side b.
From my testing, only hero and maybe lucario can make it. All other failed characters cant make it, as airdodging doesnt work except for jiggs. I am still testing though.

No. I tried for a while. Too much charge and he hits the lava, but even the right amount of charge to end and barely go under the lava doesnt make it.
