I do delves on 6 character mage priest paladin monk rogue and hunter. Monk just breezes through packs, touch of death is powerful. Storm, Earth, and Fire also makes every fight feel easy and if you know something is going to hit you hard Touch of Karma. Also Brann I have a love hate relationship with Brann. I love his potions and I hate how he breaks CC and pulls extra groups for me or when I LOS pull he 's like "nope we fighting here". the thing he does that I hate the most is if he gets agro on a trickster from the water devles , the Trickster wants to get behind him and he wants to get behind the trickster and that congo dance all over the place most of the time pulling extra groups.
Hate to be THAT guy, but they already said Delves are an Evergreen thing. Meaning they are here to stay. I really do think it depends on who/what you are playing as to how much fun you have in Delves. I mainly play Melee, and even geared and just doing t8's if I pull to big, or zekky randomly spawns when i'm on an elite. You can get smacked hard. Then again if you do it with a group, then it becomes a bullet sponge cake walk lol.
They say that all the time, doesn't make it true. Delves are shit, but they give such good loot that people have to do them. They have tried to push several scenario type failures over the years and always force it with tons of loot. Take away the loot and see how many people do these regularly.

I find Delves to be fun, but not insanely fun, but alot more fun than Torghast was. No they do NOT say things are evergreen. ALL the systems before Dragonflight were one offs. If you had seen Preach's interview with Blizzard higher ups, you'd know this. Garrisons, torghast, scenarios, and etc. all this stuff was meant to be one off. But what they did do is take that tech and improve on it. Garrisons became class order halls, scenarios worked their way up Mage Tower, and Mage Tower was reiterated on, and tech continued til you got to torghast. Torghast became Zakara Vaults, Which have now become Delves. When talking about The World Soul Saga, if they are adding it, as a main feature to the xpac, then it will be evergreen within at the minimum of The world soul Saga. So this if the first time they introduced an evergreen system of gameplay, since Mythic Plus in Legion.
Bountyf is determined by what tier you do. skipping mobs just gets it done faster, but you do miss out on some xp for Bran. So it comes down to what you want more. Fast run, or completionist.
Same. Delves beyond 8 should have a reward incentive. There's literally no reason to run 11's. I think they should scale delves up to 15 and actually reward structured gear upgrades, just like m+.
Levelling Brann is SO. SLOW. I was initially looking forward to delves but I've been reluctant to do that many of them because of such a reliance on Brann being able to help in any meaningful capacity. The fact that after level 15, I think it is? You HAVE to do bountiful delves in order for him to gain any additional XP is so stupid.
@@gojiramonster2388 What in the world are you TALKING about? Brann experience is literally LOCKED at a certain point pretty early on. Bountiful delves are quite LITERALLY the only way to push him past his arbitrarily low level cap once you manage to get him up to that point. He doesn't scale with you or anything. If you are talking about his standalone "level" for what you see on his visible health bar, that's not the levelling I'm talking about. He has a separate level system. He gains experience when you kill enemies and pick up mislaid curiosities.
@@theannoyedfiremage8721 I did 8 bountiful tier 8 delves on 3 characters on week 1 or w/e they came out for the first vault, and my Brann was level 40. Never did delves again, hopefully never will have to do them again next season either. I can't imagine it takes that long to get him to 50. It's also very boring to do; there's no challenge. Might as well play solitaire. Delves are definitely not for me though, I push high keys, had ksm on day 5 and portals on week 2.
Brann’s xp was changed due to some people power leveling Brann in the initial weeks. So you could totally have gotten him to 40 in the first week. His xp was then changed to be time gated. So leveling Brann now is way slower.
I always blame Brann! F him pulling aggro all the time.

I'm doing tier 8 only because I heard you don't receive anything better in the higher ones. Is that true? Even a couple more crests would be good.
Above tier 8 is only for achivements or because you want the challenge.

You can skip all the mobs you want as long as you do the objectives. It will not affect the bounty.

my Brann is level 59. I just have a lot of alts that I do delves with.
