Hi Peter question I asked a mechanic to Open a 2.5 engine a Camry 2011, rings were replaced standard size, but once was installed back the engine knocks and rummble as unbalanced the compresion and spark plugs are ok, as well as timing do You think he could set something unbalanced I mean not done what You explained in this vide ?
@@PeterFinnTheCarDoctor Toyota 2AZFE 2.4L engine. One balance shaft has two gears. The black (plastic/fiber) gear can be rotated by half tooth. Is this normal or it need to be replaced?

On my 2002 2.4 L Camry. When I dropped the oil pan I found 2 balance shaft bearings laying in the bottom of the pan. How could the bearings work their way out to fall into the pan?
Hey Sr but In the alldata said the points has to match the balance go up not down thats the correct posicion but other guys they said they have to put the balance like urs down because was having vibration but alldata dont say that Im confuse now🤔🤔 Alldata said up and you said down and other guys said up

I really got confused, piston 1 should be in up dead Center in ignition stroke and you saying in down!!?? Please clarify

can you be able to rotate the black plastic gear on the two-gear balance shaft? I can rotate the gear by almost a tooth. Is that normal?

Sounds like an installation error by a worker after the factory. So not the Toyota factory work.
