- After Nicola Sturgeon's last ever First Ministers Questions, Douglas Ross paid tribute to the out going First Minister.
He joked that Ms Sturgeon still owed him £100 and that not receiving payment was 'perhaps one final example of de; lays from Nicola Sturgeon's government.'
