I think my favorite part of the trailer on a second watch, is that the mobsters all ditch each other as soon as the zombies pose a threat, showing how openly selfish they all are, I'll point out the lesser known instances in the trailer for those who care. Weasel immediately begins to run for it at 1:55, only contributing to the team because a zombie was in his way. You later see him following through with his plan to run, where it obviously gets him killed since he has nowhere to go. 2:22 Blink and you'll miss it, towards the top left of the screen, you can notice a zombie JUST dropping to the floor that Finn couldn't have possibly attacked. It's implied that the 3 mobsters stayed together for a few minutes after Weasel ran away, I think this zombie dropping was killed by Billy or Sal, who are just around the corner, which is supported by the brief cut at 2:29 where we see Billy backing up and shooting down a similar looking hallway. Finn seems to have ran out of ammo or the opposite, seems to be saving it by killing zombies with his hands and feet. Either way, he's lagged behind or became dead weight, and he gets left behind. at 2:31, Sal shoots two zombies and runs to an open door, locking Billy out. I just wanted to point out that not even for a moment, did he consider helping Billy. He looks straight forward while running to the door, and shuts it before he even fully finishes looking back, Billy could've been right behind him and he still would've slammed the door in his face, because Sal clearly wants to leave him for the zombies while he escapes. He only stops to watch, probably out of guilt, as Billy always looked up to him.

Before the pocket dimension BS, it was simply set in purgatory. It was a dream-like world. There are also no other prisoners before the zombies show up. The plane they craft definitely wouldn’t be able to take off. Things reset when they die.
I love this because looking back now, I notice some subtle details I didn't appreciate before. Like the attitudes of each prisoner after the zombies come out and how they reflect who they are. Weasel obviously scared and trying to escape. Billy getting straight back to work on killing, Sal looking like a disgruntled boss, mad becuz he's gotta do more work. And Finn looking like "aw shit, wtf am I in for here?".
The pistol in these cutscenes are actually the Colt python with a snub nose attachment. Imagine the python from bo1 with the snub nose attachment, and pair this with the bo2 firing sounds from campaign and zombies and you have what would have been the starting pistol :)

Honestly I hated the beginning of the supernatural shit with the storyline. The idea the zombie apocalypse was kicking off and we were just getting vignettes of every place it's affected (115 zombies breaking into the pentagon, zombies breaking out in Alcatraz, undead waking up near the coast of Tunguska ) was more interesting then whatever the hell black ops 2 or 3 started with the Ether.
