20:46 Sharan has made a lot of videos suggesting people shouldn’t buy home, instead invest in stocks. Glad to see Anupam educating Sharan about other perspective about the reality of investing!!
Sharan forgets one thing. General people don’t have 2Cr in the bank to put in the market. But buying a house you can get a loan and eventually earn it.
@@Prakhar_Kumar00 he's not open to that, he is very arrogant and immature about house buying suggestions because he, like most of us were, is mentally and physically young and healthy, as one gets to 30s, 35s 40s, get diagnosed with diabetes/bp or is no longer as mentally and physically fit as before, one seeks comfort and security, one illness or one financial struggle and landlords wont hesitate to kick them out, landlords also raise rent or kick people out if they get better tenants. There comes a point in life where convenience and ability to control our destiny is more important than rhat extra 50k per annum. Making memories in our own home, our own conveyance is more important that writing a cheque every month for rent or doing digital payments for uber/ola. Everything is life is not for financial optimization, otherwise we lose thay which is life, a stability, a charm of not thinking too much and just living. Get an education, get a job, get a home, get a car, buy gold and silver, and then invest where you like, its worked for millions of fathers, and it shall continue to work. ANY AND ALL markets are super high risk and have zero security when it tanks, emotions are useless in businesses and here the entire market is emotion driven and based on zero face value.
very true, echoed my thoughts. No one cares having stocks but having own house brings face value and mental peace. but Investing still works by taking bank loan or pvt loan.
Great Podcast, but it seemed like Anupam was interrupted many times before he could complete his idea. Most of the times it was to promote himself (Sharan) and his business (1% Club). Anupam is super patient to allow him to cut him off, while he just getting started on his idea. I liked the part where he says any kind of decision is okay as long as you don't confuse one with the other, like taking an emotional decision and thinking that it is an intellectual decision. Thanks for bringing this to us, Sharan
He was constantly interrupting him, and was continuously breaking his flow. He could've had the decency to listen to him if HE called HIM on his podcast or whatever.... but yeah great you pointed it out too!
Very few millionaires accept the luck factor. Anupam is one of them. Its interesting that he gone from hero to zero three times. He has not given up. But continued working. I think separating money from the self is important. Anybody who lost the billionaire opportunity might get the heart attack or may fall in depression. Money is the means and not the life.
Best line for me in this podcast :- Real wealth creation will happen only by concentrated bets ( by going all in ) Wealth preservation will happen with asset allocation models or diversification
Excellent and honest insights from the Shark! Nit: There should be fewer interruptions while the Guest answers a question and secondly, please control the urge to draw parallels to your company on every other thing.
@@Bhagwan90_ Yeah thats how a podcast should be! thanks for pointing it out!! I generally have a lot of patience but he really annoyed me as you can sense with the tone of my comment😂.
Now after watching this I have even more clarity where people lacks while planning their financial journey and the main important key point I can draw is the “decisions” we make. Thanks for bringing this up, glad that i follow my man 🎉🎉
Totally schooled Sharan. While Markets would give better returns, a primary house is equally important to stay away from financial ruin. AND REMEMBER, Not everyone invested in stock markets make money. In fact 90% loose money. So why choose one when you can choose both and get the best of both worlds.
anupam mittal pure baniya hai. maza aa geya esko sunn ke. explained deep things with correct reasoning. incredible and intellect person. hats off. He is taking enough time before speaking
The golden formula he talked about "Own things around you and then growth will happen" is a fantastic advice. As long as there are no office politics, micromanagement it's it definitely works in most corporate jobs
A quick feedback for the host - Let the guest speak instead of interrupting them with your thoughts time and again… It would be great if we didn’t have you fill in words in his mouth..
In light of the current economic trends indicating a potential downturn in the stock market and an impending recession, coupled with falling inflation rates, investors are advised to consider diversifying their portfolios. Exploring alternative assets such as gold and crypto trading would be a strategic move to hedge against the expected market volatility and inflationary pressures. This approach is crucial in navigating the complex financial landscape shaped by fluctuating Federal Reserve policies and the broader economic climate........Amidst this the insights of a knowledgeable guide like Kerrie Farrell can be crucial. Her expertise in navigating the nuances of cryptocurrency investments has been the key to understanding and making the most of these emerging financial trends...managed to grow a nest egg of around 4 b,tc to a decent 21 b,tc in the space of a few months...
Thanks Sharan for this 1% Club podcast. Literally I've personally learned a lot of lessons from you and your podcast guests. Lovely man, please spreading these kinda knowledge. We need more content like this... We are hungry Sharan. P.S: love you brother ❤
We think our ancestors dont have financial knowledge or fools. But what i feel is. If u walk in any commercial or residential area in a city or town all those building owners are crorepathis earning good rents monthly from many decades. And they will be in lakhs. They are not fools. They had more vision than many of us today who spend money like water and struggle daily to work or earn.

Stop interrupting while he speaks. It’s very unprofessional and sounds disrespectful towards guest.
True. It is also a sign of a poor interviewer.
"Wealth created by Concentrated bets and preserved by Diversification"
"Invest in your skills than in the markets" well said by Anupam sir.
Mad in love with Anupam Knowledge of finance, investment, company etc .... thanks sharan for bringing anupam on your show.
How sensible ,matured & intellegent is this gentleman Anupam Mittal, very philosophical also,
Sharan should let Anupam speak and not interrupt him. Otherwise it's a good podcast.
Feels like anupam is faking almost 60%

Sharan is shrewd, arrogant and he thinks buying house is not prudent financial decision. Anupam mittal nailed him with his witty answer.
Suffering builds resilience and resilience builds character 🙌 , well said anupam!
Met him in Rishikesh in June last year , dude is Humble 😊
Even as suggested by Anupam that OCD term was great ,
Timing is important as he said ,
