This is an Inexpensive yet sophisticated Diy that Shows Style and Elegance that is personalized on a Budget.

Drill bit (already had that at home)
Rapid set cement ( I already had that at home)
Concrete Anchors @$5.98
From Walmart:
10 Dowels (5 pieces for one stool including the connecting wood) @$1.97 Total of $20
1” Foam @$15
16x20” Canvas panel
I already had the Blue Velvet fabric, batting, boxes, canvas panel, drill bit, cement and gems at home
