      In India we are doing marma therapy and vagus nerve activation by special technic and result are amazing ,ibs is not a disease,this is unbalance of gut brain axis and when we fix it symptom disappear,it take some time but curable.

    Hello. hope your safe and well. I have a very sever IBS NOW for around 25 year's . is there app or book that can tell me what to eat and portion sizes ect. I have spinal decease so I can't stand long enough to cook on cooker. I tend to use microwave combi. any device you could recommend ie vitamix. oh I'm 54 year old always bachelor. cheers.

      Hi Mark, sorry to hear you've had IBS for so long! I'd highly recommend the Monash Uni app "FODMAP" for the portion sizes - they are the main uni doing the testing.
      There are some companies now offering certified low FODMAP meals which are also listed on the app which is pretty cool! And then Bays Kitchen also has a food line you can order online.
      It's definitely a really tricky diet to work out on your own so I'd see if you can get referred to a dietitian to work with too.
