Man trapping in Alaska, amazing. Someday I’ll make the trip. Love your channel. I just found it and I’ve watched all your past episodes. I especially like your fur market forecasts and how to videos. Always fun watching the catches too. Keep up the great work and good luck out yhere👍👍
APPLY GLYCERINE TO THE PAN AND DOG THEN USE A SMALL SCREEN AND SIFT THE SNOW OVER YOUR TRAPS,DONT EVER LEAVE TRAPS VISIBLE AND DONT TOUCH YOUR BAIT WITH THE SAME GLOVES YOU SET YOUR TRAP WITH,QUALITY OVER QUANTITY ALWAYS
Hey Bud! Hearing Fort Yukon getting hit really hard by the COVID19. You hear anything from your trapping buddy about how things are going. Also hear they have a few fires just outside of town. Be interested to hear if you have spoken to people from Fort Yukon.
@@trappingtoday I heard a lot of there positive tests were false positives. So that is good. I hope there summer improves. Give your buddy a shout out from me. Quorantine is awfully I got stuck in mandatory quarntine for two weeks in March as I was outside the NWT when they closed the boarder.
I watched all your videos... You need to use more Bait and Lures... More thought has to go into making sets and snaring......you catch the odd one.. but miss a lot and educate the animals. IF you needed to survive off trapping as your only bread and butter?? Don’t think so
Awesome! Can't wait to see more
Very cool! Looking forward to following along on your Alaska adventure.
Awesome stuff
Good luck! Keep us posted

Awesome, thanks and glad you're enjoying!
I would love to do this. Run a remote Alaskan trap line 🙏🏽🙌🏽
Beautiful country
Cool bud enjoy your experience looking forward to seeing some Action coming up 😎😎🤜🏻
I think that would be so much fun. I know trapping is a lot of work, but it would be so relaxing for me. I started trapping in 20018 and I'm hooked.
All the best of luck.
Living the dream, right on Jeremiah, good article in the FHA magazine.
Good deal 👍 that was the trip you were leaving us in suspense about i figured you were going with Stan on his line
Cover your foothold traps in snow that hasn't been touched (Fluffy snow) The animals will see the trap and avoid going for the bait
Thanks Andrew. If we were trapping for fox or wolf we would do that, but lynx and wolverine really don't seem to care about the trap.
Sweet!! I’m so envious!! Question,, what size is your new fur shed you built last season?
8 x 24. Would have gone a little wider if I could afford it

Yeah I heard that too. He's staying in Fairbanks, hasn't gone back because FYU is under quarantine. I hope people there are doing okay!
