Hi Biplab! The next batch begins on 1st Oct 2020. Admissions for this are on. We will also start admissions for classroom batch shortly. This will have 16 online classes. Study material is in online form. Printable, digital certificate from Asian School of Cyber Laws and Govt. Law College, Mumbai is provided.

@@AsianSchoolofCyberLaws Please let me explain why I want to ask you to say regarding it. Because in the year 2005 I had joined ASCL for Cyber Law - Diploma at PUNE. But due to some personal problem I could no give the exam. Let it be. After that I completed LL.B. and started practice since 2011. But Alas!! to say that Judiciery (All kinds of forum) and police_machinery related persons are very less serious abot Info.Tch Act, 2000. They are all UnInterested regarding it. Hence, the cases are not coming to solve through proper way. Firstly, Police show their less interest taking Complaints about Cyber_Crime and Judiciery keep mum. So that I made a request before you...... Please do something to aware Police_Machienary and Judiciery .... I know your voice will be listened to Govt. of India.......

Hi Harit! We send printed books for some of our courses. However, all our courses have online course material and videos also.

No, for the distance mode, there are a few classes and for classroom mode, there are 16 classes of 1 hour each. Not t every day.

Hi! There are a lot of videos in our courses. Some courses have live online lectures too. But only some.

Can we use Advocate or called ourself Advocate after completing Diploma in Cyber law ????
No, to be an advocate you must complete llb and register with bar council of India.

The best way is the make a good profile on LinkedIn and also post your certificate so that potential employers know that this is a qualification that you have. Also, banks, insurance and many other companies will have an opportunity for this qualification.

Yes you can get them online. But admissions will start later in May. The fee is Rs. 8850.

Hi, i had a word with someone at Asian School of Cyber Law today ( i called ) and they told me that there will be no classes, Only 1-2 doubt sessions in the Entire duration of 6 months. Is that so? He said that we will be given study material and will have to study on our own, there will be no content Classes. Is this the model ?

Hi! This is a basic course in cyber law. This is critical to any law student. It is jointly conducted with GLC, Mumbai and it is a joint certification also. We do not give placement or internship assistance.

Hi! Even then, i would recommend this course. This gives great information about the information technology act. However, if you want a professional level course, you could consider the Executive Program in Cyber Law.

Hi Roma! The DCL program otherwise has video recordings. And it is a self study course. However, you can opt for 16 classes. These are online live video lectures where you can interact with the faculty. These are available for just Rs. 1770 extra.
