Technology in Educational Testing and Assessment

Technology is becoming a core part of many psychological testing and assessment practices in various contexts (education, workplace, clinical, forensic), innovating ways in which data are collected, analyzed, and interpreted. While such innovations offer exciting possibilities for psychological research and practices, they also pose a number of new challenges associated with validity, reliability, and fairness/bias as well as with ethical and practical concerns.
