I have an EMA on contabo using port 25, Is this why port 22 is being used or is port 22 exclusively assigned for a website?

Port 25 is used for sending outbound emails and port 22 is for SSH

Absolutely not. Shared hosting is the same with this architecture but you share your IP with others. But with this setup, you have your own dedicated IP. If you want your websites with unique IP, you can purchase an additional IP.
