UPD: After investigating this bug further, I came to the conclusion that it's tied to FPS as I thought initially. So, as higher your FPS, as weaker will be V. This is definitely one of the weirdest bugs I have ever seen. I'll try to bring it to the attention of CDPR, so they can fix it. P.S.: If you'll share this video, it may help to make them see it sooner, and hopefully it will be fixed in the next patch

that's so weird indeed and a good find, I decided not to play till I get ur v2 patch rather than cyberpunk's patch :D, many are rooting for you,, also u shud consider explaining why u don't want to reveal ur code for previous patch, many ppl will listen even if u just say u want to keep ur code secret, not every programmer makes their code open source, it's understandable , cheers
whahahahaha, that is just so bad. by the way great work on the EZ optimizer, running my 6850k@4.5Ghz with a EVGA 2080 Super FTW3 hybrid OC`d to 2100Mhz with your optimizer @ balanced all RTX on @ medium DLSS on balanced and most shadow features off or low and get 60-80+ FPS @ 1440p on average some high density area`s still drop below 60 but that`s oke.
Not very odd bug, fps dependent bugs are really prominent in indie and amateur games. To mitigate this problem developers implement delta time to tie game logic to real world seconds instead of frames. Probably when rushing the game they decided to go with really dirty tricks to get stuff working.
Still asking for that video wich explains what ez optimizer do in cyberpunk files.... i know... its not magic what you do , but still asking how the hel l can work so well with that. :D

Almost looks like the stamina is tied to the User Interface resolution. Super weird.
Lmao, this is crazy. I was wondering how I seemed to have a huge surplus of Stamina running at 1440p when I only have like 6 points in Body and Reflex

Ez optimizer is working great with my rx580 but i do wish with version 2.0,it can reach solid 60fps in medium

no not tied to fps but to your screen/game resolution the more pixels you have the more stamina you have :P
My gpu usage is in the 70s. I don't know what to do. It's not a bottleneck issue though
Either you have a power limit set too low, or CPU bottlenecks the system. What GPU and CPU you have?
