You never give a 2 week notice bro they’ll get you every time either charge you a random truck fix,keep your check or charge you for not giving a notice.I learned that the hard way before but never again

thanks for this info not going the issues is us with cdl we keep moving trucks instead of making an union and get power back same thing with owner operators and drivers
Ita not the ownership. You're dealing with mostly young out of or in college students. You angered some dork in their office and he tried to screw you purposely in spite. They found out and went silent on you. These people are mostly young dorks that have no common sense world experience or worked a hard day in their lives.
It's sad to hear that happen to you. I worked for hirschbach and thankfully, I never had that issue With them. Unfortunately, I left due to personal reasons, but things in my life not happened. I would have definitely stayed there a lot longer.
@@UplandEconomist I think everyone has a different experience. I started with Werner Enterprises and had a good experience. I stayed with them 5 years but there’s also people that had terrible experience with them.

K&B ain’t no way in the world them people are nuts you have to hold your bathroom breaks and they watch you sleeping too you got to be careful out here with who you’re involved with that one is a NoNo they are another CRST glad you left and got up out there before it got nasty
