It is hard for me to comment realistically on customer service as I do get treated differently than most customers. Updating firmware was relatively easy

There are many audio options. From HDMI, two 3.5mm inputs, and with independent audio controls for all of them.

I did use the power bank, but more because I had a lot going on at the table and wanted to simplify my powering options.

We are using it in our church, and we haven't had an issue there. You do have to get the settings right in your streaming software.

I don't remember off the top of my head. I think we're currently running at 1080P/30, but I don't know if you can go up to a 60FPS option off hand.
