Hey its okay, theres so much design for shikai world in this game its normal. And if you can grade up without shikai exp i think you still low grade or your mission is too easy that you already complete it. Just like my shikai mission is just doing board mission

Yes indeed. If you never roll any shikai you will given randomly by the game,and if you decide to roll the shikai that shikai you have to fight

And its called zangetsu, theres his shikai/bankai on the game
