try rejoin? if its still not showing up try go to your shikai world if theres npc that fight you (not bankai) it maybe your quest. if not then you forced to do every quest till it maxed

Yea so basicly the eye color that you have is the same as the effect so you just need to change your eye color by using eye reroll

Hakuda is fist style,so you use your fist as weapon. To undo this you need to reset your skill point by consuming blue elixir
