It's Personal in Poznan (Poland)

When we arrived in Poznań, we were greeted by Kevin’s cousin. She took us under her wing, and showed us her beautiful country, traveling to different areas during our stay. We explored a lot of Poznań on our own, too, and we’ll show you this beautiful city, its amazing people, and the delicious pierogie!

Greater Poland(Wielkopolska) is the cradle of Polishness. This is where Poland's history began. The cathedral was destroyed and rebuilt several times. The Golden Chapel is very important in the cathedral. The first rulers of Poland are buried here: Mieszko I, Bolesław the Brave, Przemysł II. The Golden Chapel is dark, you have to pay PLN 5 and then the light turns on. 5:14 The small, green, glass wall is the outline of the foundations of the oldest brick and stone buildings in Poland. These are the foundations of the prince's court and the first church. 😉
