I'm not overly aware of Edifier as a brand and where they sit in the pecking order. But why would someone pick these rather than Sony 520,or the jbl tune 520?
I recently tested the sonys and the sound quality was underwhelming to my ear. I havent tested these edifier but I have the 820nb and have tested other edifier products and the sound quality and signature is generally nicer and cleaner in my opinion so I expect these to be similar. They are usually less bassy than sonys but also much less muddy so to speak

hello, can you help me please to recommend what should i choose, this headphone or philips TAH 4205. i've heard sound signature of philips before once and it is good enough, but it doesn't have gaming mode. and i note that you said the gaming mode not tweak the EQ and just improve the latency, i think it sounds good then. so if these edifier sound signature is acceptable for me as a "little bass head to well-balanced sound and clarity" , i wanna take this edifier. thankyou (btw i'm so sorry if my english is not good enough, i'm still learning ).
Edifier WH500 is a steal for the price. Loving it right now.
Nice review. At the price, it is very good. Mic test with background noise should be compared between headphone mic and studio mic or phone mic.😊

I should add, this was my 2nd pair of these, each lasting about a year and a half
i was happy with the item until now,it sound so loudly even if i repair they do keeping sound like weak for a reason
