I am doing petroleum Biomarker Analysis and working on Hopanes and Steranes.
I am using Agilent 5975 MSD Chemstation. After data analysis, most of the compound peaks are auto integrated, however, there are a few peaks of interest that I need to manually integrate. The problem is after manual integration, the area and height of these manually integrated peaks are not captured in the generated report. How can I get the areas and heights of these manually integrated peaks (compounds)?

I have peaks and molecular weight but not found that chemical in data base lib... so how i can get the name of chemical having molecular wt

if a peak has 3 potential compounds with hgh selectivity, ie, >50. then from your method, you might select more than 1 compound name in a peak isnt it?
