Where is the "MassHunter quantitative analysis supplemental section" located? Can't seem to find the videos that provide an in-depth explanation of the parameter settings - though this video says they exist somewhere at around the 8:55 timepoint.
You need to calculate relative response first. The formula is Peak Area/Concentration. You won´t be able to generate an estimated concentration without an internal standard (IS).
Is Unknowns analysis TERRIBLY slow for anyone else? We have 128GB RAM PC and one of the best processors but it takes us 1 week to analyse 5 files. Cannot use it AT ALL. Agilent has been no use either. Please advise.

Change the Match criteria, increase the Retention Time window, reduce the amount of libraries.
