I've been loving listening to your videos. I bullet journal for habits and tracking which has been a routine for me. I started using the DIY Version of the UgMonk system for daily tasks. Which I set up the night before so I know where to start Tomorrow. Its pretty much an index card (Fancied up) with a block of wood carved for hold cards. He did a nice job on the system; but for what is and my pockets aren't aligned for fancy stuff like that. But The system is a nice way to plan the day out the night before and refer back to when I get off track. It sits next to my keyboard facing me, and I love checking things off a to do list lol. My Bullet journal is for check ins and Habit tracking mostly, with important urgent tasks I need to be Fully Aware of. Great video. thank you.
Honestly same! It's also that feeling of decision overwhelm-when you have so much to do that you can't decide what to start on. Time blocking has definitely helped me soooo much with that! Thanks for watching
A big one for me is turning off notifications! I now forget instagram exists half the time because my attention isn’t being drawn to it. I also like the 5 minute rule- if you’re really not feeling like doing something, change your plan to doing it for only 5 minutes. It’ll make it easier to be motivated because the task will be less daunting and it’s only 5 minutes after all. 90% of the time you end up working on it longer than that and if not, then you know it really wasn’t the time to do it but at least you gave it a go. Sometimes starting is the thing that takes the most energy, not the task itself! I actually learned this technique in therapy as it is also a way to combat depression and is a basic form of CBT :)
my phone LIVES on Do Not Disturb. I try to make a habit of removing an app a day if I remember, but my phones pretty light on that department. Every so often Ill check an app out but I usually delete it shortly after.
The way that has worked for me is only allowing myself to watch "comfort youtube" during a cardio session. (Either on the stair master or recumbent bike) This also increases my enjoyment during each session haha.
🔥🔥🔥 I'm ready for that productivity life. I just started using Notion, I really resonated with a lot of what you said. Decided to implement my wellbeing features, particularly at nighttime. P.s love your hair look
The dreaded To Do list. Between by full time job, housework, and caring for my cat with kidney disease who needs daily meds and weekly fluids, it just feels like SO much. (Plus trying to find time for reading which is my great love). A hard thing for me is i dont "trust" my alarms, or calendar alerts. So im constantly checking my calendar 20 times a day

This is me lol : 'making the endless to-dos as daily tasks'. 😂 So your tip on prioritizing 3-5 high impact task is particularly helpful! Thanks 🙏

Hidup dengan menerima apa yang kita punyai, itu lebih baik. Karena apa yang kita bisa sudah berada di tempatnya. Hidup itu sudah mulai anda ketahui.

I love the idea of copying another successful video and creating a video out of it. After all, it's all about uploading.
I’m wasting my time watching your video 😂😂😂
Wait a minute. What is a goal of your life? Get more fun, or get doing some stupid things as writing books or making exercises? Think of it.
