Interesting, that's the most shredded I've ever seen the chicken. Nice experiment buddy! As it stands the original is a pretty decent little potato/cheese/chicken stew. (in before someone comments like "Dats not poutine!" youdon'tsaaay...)
Hello my American friend...... we didn't have the poutine IMP back when I was young and handsome and blowing holes in the countryside, but I am certain I would have traded with somebody else on the crew to get one. That looks tasty! Many people think that these meals are just slop... well, some can be.... but for the most part there are some really good ones. And when you are out in the weather and working your butt off for sometimes 15 to 20 hours a day it's the small things that make you smile. A great review of an interesting IMP. I agree, this is by no means a good replication of actual Poutine, however it is tasty. I like the attempt at frying the potatoes. I've never mixed the coffee into the shake but I'll have to try it sometimes. Good shout out to Mr. Philips! Thanks for the video, bro! actually poutine is a perfect MRE never thought of it, has lots of calories to sustain you, and it will make you feel very warm and cozy, maybe the only downside is you may feel a bit heavy and wanna sleep after eating it. i was about to say that the one downside is it lacks protein but they added chicken so it even has some protein now.
