In this video it has a 5" exhaust system stock turbo with an ATS housing, stock injectors but its been tuned by Tony Wildman

Why is it that the powerstoke dies so much?
its because i hit the brakes right when i let off the throttle and it slows down the wheels so quickly that it kills the engine.
I've done that in a Jeep
allsaltzbaseball it seems like he's got a tune or something on it , it doesn't sound normal. Maybe that's why.

I do believe that is a 6.0, not a 7.3. The turbo whistle and what looks like the chrome powerstroke badge on the truck points to 6.0.
