Very good and I wonder what a 60L VR8 would sound like. I mean I have heard it before in that film, but I want to know what a Real VR8 would sound like.
The best packaging of any engine relative to its cylinder count without becoming either superfluous or excessive. This is most of why I have loved the 3-bank W9 engine for years. If I could actually produce one, the capabilities would be phenomenal (especially with a low displacement per cylinder and one independent turbocharger per cylinder bank).
So the cylinders fan out to 80 degrees in groups of 3, with corresponding crank alignments to fire like a 3 row of 3 cylinders radial? Does the crank have good primary balance with these funny angles? Does sound good though in a v-12ish way.

Well yeah it sounds like 3 inline 3's but Its still a great engine!
Great one, bro!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING A W9!!! In Gear City I specialize in always making W engines and I had a W9 but it was a 4 liter
VW VR12 would be awesome
Awesome sound man.
Sick! 🔥🔥

Now maybe remove the middle cylinder to make a 3 bank W8 just a sugestion
I wonder if it would sound different with the banks separated at 90° so two of the three banks are flat-plane
Imagine casting that block to last!
It sounds good but I think I'm sold on the vr7 in imaginary production land . Shorter than inline 5 , narrower than v8 . One head beats three .
Sound kind of like a Cummins with the idle
C engine next lol
If possible

V12 Sound
