Call me crazy, but Captain's Sabre might be a map specific sabre or class specific (with a placeholder model perhaps) same for Grapeshot being a Map Specific Cannon Ammo, they might add a map that takes place on a ship if you think about both of those two things.
Grapeshot being a sorta buckshot like Cannon Round used in Ship Warfare (I think to damage sails, that or to break the wood over a large area to send the wood flying into crew)
Captain's Sabre most likely references a Ship's Captain and his Sabre
Captain's sabre, as of right now, is the melee weapon of The Emperor when you turn on vip mode in leipzig (/forcemap leipzig vip)
It starts with full charge, and once the cooldown of the charge ends it refills automatically

Uh jmt the Captain's Sabre is for the Supa secret game mode known as VIP basically the VIP game mode from my time in private servers only works in Leipzig it basically means you have to protect Napoleon until he survives Leipzig so uh yea. Might be more things and maps but idk
