Got this fan for free from a buddy of mine who got it as a gift. This thing kicks ass. Without an instruction manual i had no idea how to really work it for a while though lol
I bought a Dyson floor standing fan around 12 years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to afford it if I hadn’t retired, it is the best thing I’ve ever bought, it has saved me a great deal in the hot weather, it doesn’t need to be on too high, in fact it’s not at all noisy and keeps me cool! I’d highly recommend it to anyone who can afford it, especially if they have an elderly person in their life who suffers in the hot weather! ❤
Thanks for letting me know about the tilting feature. I accidentally tilted my fan and wasn't sure how to put it back and I feared I would break it if I was doing it wrong and I indeed was doing it wrong.
This fan is louder then the 20$ big box store fan at higher settings and doesn’t push as much air. But that happens when you try and squeeze air through a small space. Hence why the dyson blow dryers are so louder then other high end dryers. I like your videos though.
If it's hot in your apartment then i would recommend some kind of air con rather than a fan. All the fan will do is to circulate the hot air rather than cooling you down
As this was a visual demonstration you needed to show the thrust/ velocity sadly this didn’t happen. Tip, go to the toilet paper roll, rip off a two sheet piece. Hold that sheet in front of fan, hey presto.
I don’t agree with his cleaning method. Yes, you can do what he mentioned but deep in the guts of the fan is full of dirt/dust that really need attention to as well otherwise you’re just blowing dirty air back into your face/environment.

I need to get some kind of a fan. My studio apartment becomes a murderously hot hellhole during summer.
