    Hi there it’s holding up fine. I’ve had it up four years now and the only thing that went wrong with it was during a severe storm, one of the panels came out the roof. I contacted the manufacturer Outsunny and they sent me a replacement for a small cost, which was fitted two years ago. It’s up all year round, I don’t have to take it down because it’s anchored into the ground into a concrete base that I had built specifically. The only thing I do is take down the curtains during winter to keep them from getting weathered. I sold my house in June 2024 with the gazebo still standing after four years,as it would have been too much try for us to take it down. Definitely was a good buy. I am considering buying another one for my new house.

    I ordered this and got it next delivery from Aosom - very impressed with that. For those of you thinking of purchasing it, here's a few tips. Firstly, it's a quality product and once complete it really looks the part. You WILL need 2 people to put it up - you cannot do it alone. You WILL need 2 stepladders to work from. You WILL need a length of timber of 2.6m long to hold up the apex while you build the roof. If you use the allen keys they give you, it WILL take you a week to put it together - you really need an electric screwdriver with an allen bit for speed. I suggest you lay out all of the parts and count them before you start - we had extra screws and hooks, so that was a bonus. Remember that some of these aluminium parts are VERY thin and could be easily damaged or written off if dropped, so take care. Also note that the edges of the polycarbonate roof are very sharp and could cut you - care is needed when handling them. For pegging down, they give you some metal guy rope pegs that frankly are utterly useless. They also give you some cement fixings of M6 by about 50mm - not ideal for such a large structure I think. We sited ours on a deck and ended up screwing it into the joists with M8 x 100mm coach screws - it is absolutely solid. It took 2 of us 8 hours to put this up and screw it down properly, so saying you can do it in 4 hours is stretching things a little. All in, very happy with Aosom and the quality of the product.

    We have put it up now and we are really pleased. Between the instructions and this video it went up well. We took our time putting up over 2 days. We anchored it into our concrete base and it’s very solid. Beautiful feature in the garden with our new sofa set. Summer 2020

      Did u have any trouble putting in the edge parts? Literally the final bits that go around the edge of the roof, that secures them so they don't come out? My wife and I wasted 45 mins trying to do it otherwise we would've finished it in 2 days 🤬🤬🤬

    • @queenpea1989
      @queenpea1989 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Nomasiac Yes we did have trouble with the corners, they were very difficult to line up. Luckily there was a carpenter working next door on the neighbours patio and he gave us a hand, otherwise we probably would have given up. It’s been up for a year and we love it. We remove the curtains during the winter to make them last longer. Great gazebo once up.

      @@queenpea1989 Thanx 4 your reply. We eventually needed a 3rd hand too, it was impossible otherwise. Other than the corners everything was pretty smooth sailing, they need an easier way to join those corners SMH 🤦🏻‍♂️ My wife's pretty happy with it, it's just a shame summer's done 😭

    My Gazebo lost a corner of the roof in the February 2022 storm. Does anyone know if outsunny do spare parts so I can get it replaced. It's such a lovely Gazebo it's our 3rd summer with it. Thank you

    It would be so much better without the
    music and some commentary to explain each step. Other than that the video seems like it is useful. Looking forward to putting it up.

    Looks good. Does it actually give heat protection/shade from the Summer sun through the roof panels? Or do you need some kind of roof blind for comfort in hot weather. Anyone know the approx weight?

    Horrible. No voiceover, clips are too fast. Just overall worse than looking at the manual
