Точно думаю, что в Снежной будет именно имперская архитектура, раз ещё в трейлере показали здание, похожее на собор, построенный в 19 веке. Что-то по типу зданий, похожих на сохранившиеся исторические особняки времён РИ

My thought after watching this is in the Snezhnaya arc the Traveler will join(temporary) the Harbinger as a replacement of Signora, it could be Childe suggestion or the Tsaritsa herself so the Traveler may know the true intention of the Fatui. Why? Because it Will be utterly foolish and very bad writing of the lore itself if the enemy of the state can roam freely collecting flowers in the capital of Snezhnaya.
