What a stunningly beautiful house, it has the perfect traditional floor plan that’s so hard to find anymore, so nice to not have to look at another open concept living space. Everything looks like it just came out of a catalogue if it were not for the clothes in the master closet I would have sworn this was a model home. I just love that formal living room with so many windows it felt so warm inside even with the snow outside. I would love to see this house at Christmas and even more so in the middle of the summer so I could see the pool and waterfall. Just when I thought I had seen a beautiful house you go downstairs where there’s an entire second house inside that’s bigger than my whole home. I have been seeing so many home tours and yours was the best with no talking just nice music playing and of course the cat made the place a real home. I have layer out on paper my perfect floor plan for a house and this one almost matches identically though I have it reversed. So nice to see how it is for the wealthy to live I’m sure they have a maid service and a gardener to do all the chores if only I could spend just a few days living like that I would be so happy, not that I’m not happy with what I have, it’s mine and I worked hard to get it. I’m sure this family worked just as hard to get what they have so sad they have to move I’m sure their new home will be amazing. It really felt like a family lived there that was happy and content May they be blessed and thank them for sharing their lovely home.
Several of us decided to take our first view of this channel and what a gorgeous home! The height of the ceilings adds to its grandeur. In spite of the obvious fact that it was designed to entertain it is simply too large in most of the bedroom and bonus rooms. We truly enjoyed this!
My lottery dream home! I watch videos like this all the time just day dreaming. This home caught my eye and heart right away. I would change basement into a giant play area and add a built in pool. 💙💙💙
Those bedroom sizes are insane! It took me a while to realize that the whole hallway with closet and washroom was a part of the master bedroom lol! I love when I see pets pop up in your videos :) it must be fun trying to work your way around them ♡ so cute.

That's what i thought too. A house that size, you should open the front door and have an amazing awesome Jaw dropping view to take in. Perhaps a Barrel ceiling at the entryway that leads into a great big open area the living room & fireplace or something

Imagine having guests over and the first thing they see as they walk in your front door is your other guest scarfing down food at your dining room table or them walking in and seeing the remnants of a meal they just missed. Like sorry, you should have gotten here on time! Goodness! At least have doors there.

Beautiful house but it needs some more color. It’s fine to have a largely neutral pallet (furniture, rugs, walls), but it would look wonderful with some complementary colorful accents-pillows, lamps (shades and bases), pictures, vases, area rugs, towels, throws, etc.) You can do this and still preserve the minimalist look, which I think the homeowners are trying to achieve. Although they do have some colorful accents in some rooms, I think, given the size/scale of the house, it needs more. Sometimes I think because people are not confident with color they retreat to the safety of neutrals, which has the aspect of a “beige-out”-interior decorating’s version of a winter white-out. One final comment: I think the house needs furniture that better fills its large spaces. Doing this and adding more color would make what is a beautiful house feel like a home.
Gorgeous.. exactly the house I should have had. BUT those floors would keep a roomba going till the motor died. A couple of dogs and a cat, and two children would produce a permanent headache. My sister is in love with Canadian beige on her walls.. I'd eternally have a paint brush in my hands looking for spots on those them... more headaches. Then the open plan kitchen... no place to hide ones mess.. on busy days. One would need what my parents had.. two cleaning teams a week and 32 hrs of cleaning to keep it up for anyone who may drop it, so that one is never caught off guard. Unfortunately, unlike my Mother I didn't meet a multilingual CEO of a multinational corporation.

Just one example for me, I have a child, worked full time to support us, provided my son's daycare, provided our own healthcare coverage through my employer, providing all his needs etc. all out of my own pocket, by myself, with zero help from anyone. His "father", who never paid me 1 dollar in child support, despite court order, got to receive food stamps, cash and medical because he was a drug addict??? That is NOT even the WORST part. In the US, if you owe child support and are in arrears, when you file a tax return that is giving you a refund, that tax refund goes to the party that's owed the arrears. Ok, well, there was ONLY one time EVER he was going to get a refund. I get a letter that his refund won't be coming to me. It will be going to our state's Department of Public Assistance. Why? Oh, because when he received the "lovely" assistance to "cushion" his lifestyle of addiction, receiving food stamps, cash & medical, HE defrauded the Department of Public Welfare, to receive it. So guess who gets any money from him first? Yep. The state took it. Make this make sense!!!! Also fruitless child support orders mean nothing when a single mom is owed $81,000 in child support at the time of his death, as he's deceased now. On top of that you are absolutely right on the wealthy benefiting. These are not my primary reasons of just being over the USA. I have ALWAYS had a thing for Canada. I don't know why. And the UK as well. It would be my dream in life to relocate and be able to make it work. That dream will never happen for me. But it's nice to dream I guess.

Beautiful and perfect and lovely...but it looks cold. Literally. All that gorgeous, wasted space, high ceilings, and giant windows makes for one helluva electricity bill. So when I saw that space heater tower in one of the upstairs rooms, I knew somebody doesn't agree with the house's ambient temperature. It is lovely but I wouldn't want to pay to heat and cool it nor have to keep such a massive space swept and dusted.

I love how they made the closet and bathroom in the master suite off a long hallway before you actually get to the bedroom. The only thing that would have made it even better would be to tuck all that away around a corner and make that space in front like a private sitting room! 😍

The basement would be perfect if that bedroom wasn't open. I'd put up a wall and double doors. And add a pool.

Twilightblue7 lol. Ironically the cat does come with the house. And he's a purr machine. He followed me all over the house, I had to make sure I was shooting the right thing and that I didn't step on him the entire time.

I love how they made the closet and bathroom in the master suite off a long hallway before you actually get to the bedroom. The only thing that would have made it even better would be to tuck all that away around a corner and make that space in front like a private sitting room! 😍
