TransmissionLineDesigns I love the bedrooms with their nooks and crannies, which create architectural interest and a warm, cozy feeling. The rest of the house is cold and sterile. The entryway looks like a hotel lobby not the entrance to a home. And the basement is just flat out ugly.
The video states that the home is about 3,000 square feet (not including the basement in Canada), so it's actually quite small to be packed with so many features.
Many people may complain about this home due to their preferences or say this or that but in all truth attitude is everything, with that said ill say this, i would be willing to bet that if some people just happen to be living in a cramped house in a crime riddled neighborhood had the opportunity to acquire this home ill bet they would not only be grateful and take it but adjust to all the things they had previously complained about, this is a very beautiful property that has potential to be whatever a person might want to suit their preference in regards to remodeling / decor, i feel a pool would of been the cherry on top but hey just because it doesn't have one doesn't make it any less beautiful or desirable or means i cant add my special touches to suit my taste, this is very nice thank you for the tour👍🏼

Love this house 😍. I don't think it needs renovations. It's old but has character. Few different styles incorporated. Too many renovations these days look all the same and plain. This is elegant, warm and feels like a home. Beautiful!

As big as that home is, and as many bedrooms it has...they could have left out one bedroom upstairs and place more closet space for the other rooms at the time of the remodel. They spent a lot of money on this house, especially the flooring. The floors are gorgeous, and radiant floor heating in the basement. But, still....my stuff would sqeeze everyone out.

Usually heated by electric or by recirculating hot water piping under the driveway. The garage is at the basement level on the side of the house with a steep slope driveway to access it. Without the heated driveway, it would be a nightmare to plow and manage snow removal.
Yea for the elegance this house tries to present on the outside as well as the entrance with the marble floors (which I think are ugly and tacky) there is so much throughout the rest of the house that is not consistent with that. This house looks like its been remodeled from a much older house.
My personal favorite and the gourmet kitchen is ready for a professional chef this is a perfect home just love the rounded edges and two working islands in that just magnificent home 😆
The outside is stunning but the inside is so underwhelming and dated. That kitchen is totally impractical with the main sink all the way across the room from the refrigerator.
I've never seen a house like this anywhere in my country of France 😁 It's inspired by what Americans think french buildings look like, not by actual reality. It is absolutely gorgeous however 🥰

Good Lord, this home is stunningly gorgeous!! I have no complaints, but I'm sure the staff would very much appreciate a larger laundry room with a sink for soaking my delicates, a bar for hanging my clothes fresh out of the dryer, and a dog shower for keeping my dachshunds clean and presentable.
It doesn’t look well designed. Everything structurally is a bit all over the place. It’s like the architect was given a list of stuff he had to include. I’ll have a curved wall, an arch window, an oak banister even though you won’t really see it properly etc etc wether they go together and fit or not.

Such an incredible job designing this gorgeous home but the lack of landscaping is a bit of a bummer, to me, anyway. For this price point, I’d expect an exquisite backyard to match the home. At 4:57 I’m shocked! That bathroom is hideous! None of the bathrooms are nice. Don’t go cheap on the bathroom finishes.
