Maybe I missed it in the video. But do you recommend leveling your tools anything other then mighty?
Level your tools when they break, this way you will fix them. Tools can be used as weapons if it is a personal preference.

- no more spicy thermite axe or salty black hammer like the last update ?
- why using black widow dagger against broodmother (immune to poison) instead of a spicy axe or simitar ?
- same against the wasp queen (immune to poison) i use the salty simitar, and i have tried the combat with dagger (salty), i haven't noticed any big difference

1) Unfortunately the "tools meta" is long gone, I don't even upgrade them anymore when they break. It was a great way to optimize inventory space.
2) The brood is resistant to chopping and fresh. On the other hand, it is weak to Slashing. Assassin mutation gives bleed damage. Toenail Scimitar Spicy is a better option but I went a different route because of the IBM.
3) I chose to go fresh with the Toenail Scimitar because of the IBM. If you feel like crafting specific weapons for each boss, keeping them in base, and only using them for boss encounters it is undoubtedly a viable option. The setup I built for this guide is an "all solution" thing. (Wasp Queen is -75% resistant to poison)
Use venom instead of poison wasp queen isn’t resistant
Honestly I find the pebblet spears to be wildly inconsistent when throwing them and take up to much inventory space.. A sprig bow and arrow work way better.

Hey TPS, Is this information still relevant? especially regarding the end game loadouts?
Yes and no. With the 1.3.5 patch, a bunch of things changed. 2-handed weapons got stronger and shields got nerfed (you do less damage if equipped with a shield).
So basically, if you wanna focus on doing damage, this guide is outdated. If you wanna play safe, this guide still works well. Friendly reminder, perfect parry is an essential condition to play with 2-handed weapons.

For inventory space. I rather have one inventory slot than carry an extra head (grub goggles). 👍
You mentioned fist build but i cant seem to find it or an indate one? Is there one you could recommend please
Here you go, specifically to the IBM:
Stages 1 and 2
Roly Poly Armor Set Sleek lvl 9
Trinket Sticky Fingers
Weapon: Fist
Mutations: Meat Shield, Rascal Rogue, Buff Lungs, Lil Fist Cardio Fan
When you get the 2 extra pieces, change the trinket to Shield Solidifier.
When you get to 100 buffs change mutations to:
Meat Shield, Coup de Grass, Trapper PEEP.R, Lil Fist, and Mantsterious Stranger
Stage 2 and 3
If you get hit on Stage 2 or 3 and you lose your 100 buffs, weapon and mutations change:
Toenail Fresh lvl 9
Meat Shield, Coup de Grass, Trapper PEEP.R, Blademaster, and Mantsterious Stranger
Use Dissection Expert to loot the body and duplicate the bait multiple times before using it.

How do you even repair the pinch whacker if you dont have repair glue ?
Every time you upgrade an item (weapon/armor) it will be fully repaired. So use it until it breaks and then you upgrade.

Idk i feel like red ant hammer is better becuse ive been using it and i easy killed Ox beatle after a few upgraded still britle plating upgrades so not to many on it and a Wolf spider with lady bug armor 1 away from the sleek upgrade
