Maybe you should add that before being able to use the form, you should create a contacts in the Joomla components.

Hi there and thank you for your comment! That's actually not at all the case. Rapid Contact works completely independently of the Joomla Contacts component.

Hi there! Does the form not redirect to the Fixed URL or do you simply not get the email? If it is the second, you just have to make sure that Rapid Contact is also enabled at that URL (the fixed one) so that it receives the posted data!
