2023 - Drama Monologue - A WOMAN ALONE - Deanna Goldkuhl

From our 2022 HSC Drama cohort, Deanna Goldkuhl tackles this monologue from Dario Fo and Franca Rame. Note that the monologue does contain adult references and themes.
From Dee: "I just love 'unhinged women'. I was moved by the fact that even as a seemingly liberated woman in the 21st Century I could still relate to her oppression and how suffocated she felt by the needs of the people (mainly men) in her life and how deeply they rely on her without much reciprocation."
This performance was filmed by Screen and Media students Damien, Dane and Claudia in the school's theatre before an audience of parents and fellow students in September 2022. Special thanks to our Drama teachers Carla and Rhema for their efforts in supporting Bradfield's Drama students.
