Does Anthony hunt for collections to buy to stock the store or rely solely on people coming in to sell? That’s a huge inventory, what a fun time that would be to browse!
Digging the Slayer shirt 🔥That shop looks fantastic, I’d spend countless hours in there having a rummage about…no doubt at all I’d spend an absolute fortune, lol. Out of the ones in the shop you pulled out (and if I didn’t have them) are: Extreme, Faster Pussycat Guns n roses Great white Gamma ray Judas Priest Lynyrd skynyrd Metallica Mr big Motley crue Dixie dregs Molly hatchet Nightranger Pearl jam - I quite like that one as well Axel rudi pell Queen The stooges Ac/dc Angel The Beatles - my fave ones are rubber soul, revolver and Sgt peppers Black crowes Deep purple Helloween Megadeth Rainbow
I have to go with Sgt Peppers by The Beatles. It was the album that introduced me to them. So many great songs. The two I’m partial to lately are She’s Leaving Home and It’s Getting Better. Enjoyed the video.
unfortunately in my favorite record store, i don't see a lot of new releases on cd or even on vinyl ! so when i find new releases, it's expensive ! too bad but when i really want a new release, i do my best to buy it ! not all the time ! for exemple recently i bought the new beth hart album and the def leppard live album which is a great live album by the way. one of these days i hope to buy the last bon jovi, pearl jam, lenny kravitz and deep purple albums. thank you brendon ! sound exchange is an awesome record store !
Since you asked - REVOLVER is my favourite akbum by The Beatles. The beginning of their psychedelic period. Dregs kill...as does the Steve Morse disc you picked, STRESSFEST. I'll pass on L7. Love the store!
Love Dark Matter, but I'm the same as Anthony, Lighting bolt and Gigatron didn't really do anything for me apart from a few songs. It's been ages since I've played them so I'm going to give them another listen today and see if my opinion has changed.
That seems redundant since Hooked was just reissued last year as a 2 CD deluxe edition with the original album cover on Bad Reputation Records. I’ve now got 5 versions of that album in my collection…3 versions on CD, one on cassette, and one on LP. Unless they do a boxset, I’ve reached my limit.
Such is life bro. It’s either have lots and lots of LPs or eliminate because there is no more room in the store. Us CD guys have to get down on the floor too. It’s an equal opportunity set-up. 👍
Hey Brendon, Been a viewer for a year or so now from Australia, love the videos. Do you like any Australian bands besides ACDC. I'm bias but i think we had the best music in the 70s and 80s. Should give skyhooks, mental as anything, split enz, the triffids, the saints, go-betweens a listen. My favorite band of all time is mental as anything
Tons of bands from Australia like INXS, Midnight Oil, Radio Birdman, Hitmen, Men At Work, The Angels, DiVinyls, Rose Tattoo, Hoodoo Gurus, Metal As Anything, Icehouse, and so many more!
@@briankessler3501 hey mate, recently heard of them, they are good. keep in mind I'm only 20 so didn't grow up with the old music so still finding gems. give mental as anything a listen in my opinion they are the best aussie band. saw 2 of the members recently and got them to sign all my records.
Holy hell, more CDs for you Brendan. Don’t know how you have the time to listen to all of those but I’m glad you make the time and enjoy listening. I’ve bought too many records in CA probably over 250 and I haven’t even listened to. Not so good to buy music and not listen to me I have to spend time listening to them, don’t you think?
@ definitely awesome. I have to spend more time listening to the many CDs cassettes and records. I’ve bought must be well over 200. What’s the point of buying them if I don’t listen to them
Hey Brendon I was surprised when I saw you growing your facial hair out, and your handlebar has been suiting you better than expected now that it’s been revealed as the main goal, but dude still think the goatee was the shit, you look most comfortable and chill and attractive with the general goatee. Again though you and a handle bar have been going together well too
Again, just having some fun. The horseshoe mustache will eventually become a regular mustache and then back to nothing. I wanted to try all the facial hair styles I can achieve. Just mixing things up for the holidays.
Roxette - Look Sharp! is a fantastic album. 😎👍 It was a huge success but their next album "Joyride" was even bigger. 💯 Roxette just released a 30th Anniversary edition of their album "Crash!Boom!Bang!". 🔥🔥🔥 It wasn't a hit in the US but very successful elsewhere in the world, really worth checking it out. 😎👍
Man i wanna check out Anthony's CDs at his store.
His CD bins are awesomeness.. So many to go through.
I love it...❤
These videos are the best and the new releases... thanks !
Great video! Thanks for taking us along on the trip, nice finds
Just saw The Black Crowes the other night out here in So Cal, you’ll be happy to know they played 6 tracks off the new album! Great show!
I do love when a band plays lots of new material from their latest album. Plus it rocks!
Thanx for the vid Brendon!! Love hearing about music 🎵!!
Glad you enjoyed it Steve!
Another store I need to visit when in NJ. Thanks for the tour!
My pleasure!

L7 , what a great band , so under rated
I agree completely
Sound Exchange looks awesome just as always. Would love to visit it some day. 😎👍
Great to see you do a version there thanks. Lots of great stuff.
I’ve done this type of video at Sound Exchange 11 times now! 👍

That Sweet cd is awesome was highly impressed Sweet fan since I was 5
Good video cool haul
Does Anthony hunt for collections to buy to stock the store or rely solely on people coming in to sell? That’s a huge inventory, what a fun time that would be to browse!
Mostly on people coming into the store. I mean, how do you hunt for a collection? People don’t advertise selling collections…at least not typically.
Jenny Lewis. Awesome actor from the 80s and now a badass lead singer. A hottie.
I agree, rubber soul then Abby road. Donna's are great
Hey Brendon keeping your goatee into December.. looks good
Thanks! The horseshoe mustache is a fun one!
Love the 2001 Rem Unplugged. You should give it another chance.

Axel Rudi Pell 🤘😎🤘 The singer Johnny Gioeli in the band is awesome. 🔥🔥🔥
Yes and he is from Hardline for those that remember the band when it had Neal Schon from Journey!
REM unplugged goes for pretty good money. Love everything from the band.

REM Unplugged - that release is worth it for the unplugged version of Fall On Me alone.
Very awesome! Maybe a video about the artists who never disappoint with album packaging.
I need that appetite for destruction album!
It’s a pretty penny! But what a classic album!
I have some girls on cd 💿 and vinyl .I like how you can change the wigs on the album cover
PJ Lightning Bolt my favorite PJ album after the first three. Actually, it s my favorite album after Ten
Nice slayer shirt 👕
My favorite Beatles album ? Mmh... I have two : Help and Revolver 🙂

Like your new look with the mustache , you look like a cowboy from those old westerns in the 50s ,you need a cowboy hat to complete the look !
Thank you at 13:57.
Trying to not be a dick, lol.
Thanks brother. 💯
My favorite Beatles album is meet the Beatles.. their debut
👍
Definitely should have got that quicksand.
I already own their whole catalogue.

Anthony likes Gigaton. I’m the one who doesn’t like it. He and I are reversed that way.
"Hooked" is coming out in January!! 😊
Do you have any cars cds
Yes their whole catalogue including their reunion and final album.
I love heartbeat city Benjamin Orr & Rick ocasek R.I.P legends
Rubber Soul is great ..,
Deep Purple - Made in Japan. Recorded live on the day I was born.
The white album
Anthony has gotta find a way to move that vinyl from the bottom of the racks to the top. Old guys like me find it hard to get down there and flip
Such is life bro. It’s either have lots and lots of LPs or eliminate because there is no more room in the store. Us CD guys have to get down on the floor too. It’s an equal opportunity set-up. 👍
Sorry Brendan, but If you keep spending your free time there, Anthony will have to start charging you rent!😂
