gosh, i even just recently read the kurapika's memories sidestory and i noticed how similar baby kurapika's personality was to gon's (adventurous, cheerful, reckless, kindhearted). maybe that's why kurapika quickly became so fond of him, because he reminded him of his carefree past self. :')

Sawada Tsunayoshi the doll of Pairo was made from the memories in Kurapika's heart. That means certain things such as Pairo asking 'Did you have fun?' In the end was taken by Omakage from Kurapika's deepest memories. In the movie it's said he 'reaches into your heart and pulls out the deepest memories', so it's not Pairo's soul, just the memories Kurapika has of Pairo. Otherwise I think he'd let Pairo continue to live on in the doll-body ;; but yeah, it's said this is the case by Hisoka I think, and it's probably why it was so easy for the Phantom Troupe to kill their own copies (because they're just made from memory, not their souls)
He's suffered so much.....if I could just see him let go of his lust for revenge ( though I understand that is hard) and take the time to really work through his grief and trauma with the help of his friends, and finally have a chance to heal, maybe do what aang did, marry and raise a family, building his clan up again or just finding happiness in life....then I can rest easy Oh and him riding on( whatever kind of bird that is) with Pairo with this theme in the background is just the cutest thing ever ☺️
@@phantomdesseins I know, but he only started wearing said contacts *_AFTER_* what happened to his clan (either that or whenever he left the village but why would he wear them in the village/why wouldn't _PAIRO_ wear contacts as well?) maybe I'm just over thinking this...it just really bothers me...especially since it'd be nice to see Kurapika with his natural (non-scarlet eyes) eye color in the 2011 anime at least once... Kurapika himself mentions that the members of the Kurta Clan (and by extension Kurapika himself) naturally have brown eyes after all...

WhY are Kurapika's eyes grey in the pictures of him as a child?! That was before he started wearing colored eye contacts--they should be brown!
In the Anime his eyes are grey. When he wears contact lenses in the Anime version they are a bit blueish and darker.
