Early Morning Reflections & A Busy Day on Site | Mental Health & Hard Work

Salam guys! It’s Friday, just before Fajr, and I’m starting my day early as always. Lately, I’ve been thinking-running around all day, leaving home early, coming back late… is it all worth it? What is the end goal?
In this video, I talk about mental health and how Shaytan tries to make us feel hopeless when we’re sad or stressed. But remember, tough times are temporary. Stick to prayers and trust in Allah-this phase will pass, In Sha Allah.
Later, I take you to my construction site, where I brought two workers for brickwork and foundation, checked the electrical manhole, and then headed back to Musaffah to pick up Rabie and the team for another site. Stay tuned for more updates!
