    I think this was a real chef. Seen a lot of those videos, they calm me for reasons I don't understand lol, and he did really good.
    Excellent food prep and displaying a show until the end. I would go there to eat👍

    Do all these chefs go to the same school? They all know the egg trick, how to throw items behind their back, how to cut vegetables into hearts, etc. lol

      we all know the basics. the egg juggle, volcanoes, some of us do the flying rice, others don't. you get very different experiences with every Teppan Chef you get.
      as for schooling, other chefs with coach you on the basic way to do it, you go home and work it out. if you prove you can learn the tricks on your own, it shows a drive that your'e able to take tables and even develop your own style. its very passion oriented.
