One cannot boycott every products , but boycotting few major products will take effect surely. I am from a muslim majority country, but in my country 80% people drink coca cola.Imagine if 50% of 180 million people of a country boycott only coca cola, their business on that country will not survive. Doesn’t need to ignore expensive products that we buy once in our lifetime like cars and furnitures. We can ignore 5 cheap products that we use daily. This will effect much more.

Are you serious about this? Coca-Cola has far more health risk to people than what those employees will lose. So no this may actually help people be more healthier and perhaps encourage people to come up with alternative healthier drinks. The western countries don’t even want their people consuming it, so why would you advocate it for your brothers and sisters?

There is no such thing as "madhkalism", it is a tribe in saudi, and now people will attribute anybody that actually wants to follow the way of the salaf with regards to the hukkaam, and listen to the scholars and not the general population (of ignorants) to shaykh rabee' (hafidhahullah).

    Saudi Scholars:
    Boycotting *Starbucks* is haram.
    Also Saudi Scholars:
Boycotting *concerts* with music and dancing is.....(silence).

Equating a one-time car purchase to buying a drink every day is like expecting to take Saudi Arabia's advice seriously only when they stop adopting Western ways. Halloween celebrations is one of them the government is corrupt and anyone that says no is just brain dead, can you imagine if the prophet PBUH was here! what a disgrace to the ummah @ZaynElAbideen

He didn't say boycotting Starbucks is haram, the scholars speak about those who accuse other of aiding the kuffar by not boycotting western products. And what do you mean by boycotting concerts? Because all of them speak out against concerts and all of them haver never been to concerts.

Not true. I boycott everything I can.

@@anwarmusa4907 yes. Its true. That is why its ineffective. Neither do I drink pepsi or starbucks. It is ineffective because "MAJORITY OF UMMAH HAS BOYCOTTED FAJAR SALAH IN THE MOSQUE". I witnessed that today in fajar morning prayer. Come out of your artificial mindset and ask all those clean shaven or even trimmed beard men, if they love Prophet (S).

@@Salman_Tre Brother, you're not making sense to be honest. Can we not urge people to pray fajr at the masjid AND avoid companies that donate to Israel? Just because the ummah is weak in one regard doesn't mean it should be weak on every regard. I agree with you: praying in jama'ah on time will have more effect than these boycotts. But why can't we do both?
