On a night where Queen opened the show, Sam Ryder emerges as a rockstar that has shades of the great Freddie Mercury himself. From Eurovision to this, a new star has been born in 2022!
What a great performance!! I hadn't heard of him before Eurovision, which is crazy considering the embarrassing amount of time I spend scrolling through TikTok, but I've fallen in love with him since, his EP is amazing and so well written, he's covering people like Alecia Keys and Freddie Mercury on TikTok and making it look so effortless. I really hope his career just keeps on going up from here, he's both a lovely person and super talented. I can't wait for more from him!!
This lad would be the ideal lead singer for Queen should Adam Lambert ever step aside, he can hit the notes easily, has stage presence and charisma and has a voice powerful enough to pull off the big Queen songs
Nothing on freddie mercury but Gary mullan who won star in the eyes is close and Marc martel who sounds more like freddie mercury and who would be better to replace adam lambert
Adam Lambert is a really good singer but he was never the right fit for Queen, he is more musical theatre in my opinion, he doesn't have that edge. He's good but Sam Ryder would definitely be better. Ryder is not a carbon copy of Freddie, his voice is very different but he definitely has enough Freddie vibe along with his own fantastic voice to make him a great fit. I think Adam Lambert better watch out lol.
the patriotism for this song is absolutely insane, we haven’t loved a british eurovision entry since we won in 1997

He is amazing, he struggled quite a lot before being where he is now, I admire him because he never gave up his dream
Can everyone help to bring Space Man to UK Singles Chart number 1 this week? He has made us proud with his talents in Eurovision and this performance and we should honor him with a number 1 single! Love him and the song so so much 💖💖💖
we tried last time but Harry Styles kept him off the number 1 spot
No cause it’s basically shite
@@sadietrent804 it's because Harry Styles' music is something else
I Love the song .
I love the song from Lilly K and Sara
I didn't watch Eurovision but this performance was fantastic. What a voice
Watch his acoustic versions of his original songs, Tiny Riot.. then follow it with More (Live at the V&A museum) and prepare to be astounded!
He's remarkable!!
@@luanthony6884 Thanks. I will do
Such positivity. Such love for Sam. When he sang 'Space-Mam' I nearly died. Love you Sam x
Bro he gave me tears! He is a true artist!!! I love this song! God he shall be rembembered for centuries!!!
Not just an good song and amazing voice but also a true entertainer. This was just so great to watch.
This man first owned TikTok, then Eurovision and now the Jubliee. Sam = Legend
i dont think he owned tiktok he didnt really start on there, he was discovered in Canada and USA bands from 2009 Blessed by a Broken Heart and Close Your Eyes
@@bleeuk Sam did an interview with CBC News anchor Heather Hiscox this morning. It was so cool to hear about all his Canadian connections, especially the fact that one of his first gigs was in a restaurant parking lot in Burlington
Legend? He’s a singer ffs.
Sure, he’s got a great voice, but putting people on a pedestal because they can hit a few notes in song?
Get a grip on reality - idolising entertainers over real world hero’s is a travesty..
@@andyc6542 shut up u bell cheese.
Sam is quality. And where’s he’s come from and how.
@@andyc6542 piz off Andy, have a short break from being a ***t.
Top performance from Sam and what a breath of fresh air this man is in the music industry.
He has no ego or desire ti be cool
Genuine.
it not fresh music, even it current in the charts and Eurovision it has a 80s vocals to this, it not really modern music style as such but he has been touring since 2009 in Canada and USA Bands on Blessed by a Broken Heart and Close Your Eyes
@@bleeuk I meant he is a breath of fresh air with regards to himself , his attitude, his personality and love of music. He comes across as someone you could give a pan and a wooden spoon to play and he would bring it to life musically. All the best.
@@susanashcroft2674 Totally get your point Susan, Sam radiates a genuine enthusiasm, talent and graciousness that is so refreshing, really hope he does well in the future.
What a great character he is…Enjoyed the whole performance and the coverage was superb..
I hope the U.K. sends this man again to the ESC next year, or just, sends him again at all, please. Easily the best singer, song, and performance from the U.K. I've seen since I've started watching, and I'm so glad he did so well and is *still* doing so well. Greetings from the Netherlands! :D
I remember watching the whole jubilee and I swear when this song came on I had full chills. I loved the entire show but he was definitely a favorite of mine on that night. I knew who he was of course but just never really heard of his music before that but wow, and now he's my favorite artist lol.😭
He was brilliant in tonight's performance. A real star. Please like this comment if you loved tonight's Party at the palace and want to say thank you to Her Majesty.
UK is a leader in european music and production ♥️ Love you Sam. Big kisses from Croatia 😍
Yet another truly awesome performance...how does he just keep getting better and better? He's just so charismatic and enthusiastic...love him and his energy and positive outlook...good luck in all you do Spaceman Sam 🌟❤️🤍💙🎉✨🎊💫💖🙏☄️🌕🌈🌠🌎🌌🚀
Did you ever think you would see a UK Eurovision song performed in front of the Palace to millions
This guy has golden balls because this song is pretty much a vocal nightmare 👏 Respect 🙌
On a night where Queen opened the show, Sam Ryder emerges as a rockstar that has shades of the great Freddie Mercury himself. From Eurovision to this, a new star has been born in 2022!
Wow, just phenomenal. A star was born 💫
OMG, i love him. He's not only a fantastic singer, an amazing musician and has a great charisma, he is also a born entertainer!
Sam Ryder was ,y favourite Eurovision performer !! He is absolutely amazing with his personality and confidence
Absolute stand out performance of the night…Sam Ryder you deserve every success, you truly are AMAZING 🤩😍👏🏻
Bless him, so happy for Sam he gets an audience like this! Love from the Netherlands.
He's a rockstar, period.
He can play a guitar so I will give him that
100%
What a voice and such a nice guy. He deserves every good thing that is coming his way, never change Sam!
Love everything about Sam Ryder: the energy, the high notes, the hair, the tonsils !
Juaaaaaa, best comment ever!!!! hahahahaha
This lad would be the ideal lead singer for Queen should Adam Lambert ever step aside, he can hit the notes easily, has stage presence and charisma and has a voice powerful enough to pull off the big Queen songs
My thoughts exactly during his whole performance!!
Nothing on freddie mercury but Gary mullan who won star in the eyes is close and Marc martel who sounds more like freddie mercury and who would be better to replace adam lambert
His voice reminds me of Freddie mercury. I’m a big fan
defo same opinion here
Adam Lambert is a really good singer but he was never the right fit for Queen, he is more musical theatre in my opinion, he doesn't have that edge. He's good but Sam Ryder would definitely be better. Ryder is not a carbon copy of Freddie, his voice is very different but he definitely has enough Freddie vibe along with his own fantastic voice to make him a great fit. I think Adam Lambert better watch out lol.
Best act of the entire jubilee. 👌
I'm very proud of Sam❤️
Greetings from Spain🇪🇦
This guy is sensational. What a performance, fantastic !
Amazing individual, great performer, astonishing voice ans HANDSOME OMG
