Unrelated question but how did you buy games and do other stuff on Steam (modding, etc) after it got blocked in vn?
use VPN (warp 1.1.1.1) to have access to steam, then go to the bank to make a mastercard or visa, or ask a friend who has those cards to buy the games for you (and pay them back).
