Sir, thank you for understanding the difficulty of the new learner and simplified the complex concept very easily. Thank you so much . I am waiting for another new video
I like this video. I watched it more than a half a dozen times. IT CONTAINS MANY GOOD POINTS!!! You accurately demonstrate 3 of the 6 trigonometric functions. All of your math is correct for any 2 dimensional triangle. The problem which I see in this video is that 2 dimensional trigonometry does not accurately explain trigonometry in 3 dimensions. Compound rolling angles must be computed anytime that you are working in 3 dimensions. Even though this appears to be a 2 dimensional problem, as soon as the 3rd dimension is included (the roll) all bends now become compound bends. 1 bend is now doing what 2 bends would normally do in 2 separate planes. For anyone to easily visualize your diagram, get yourself a rectangular box. A rectangular box of facial tissues will work. Place your tissue box on a table in front of you, with the flattest side down, and the 2nd flattest side facing you. Label your 3 dimensions onto that tissue box. The 800 will be written along the width of the front. The 214 will be written along the depth of the box. The 73 will be written onto the height of the box. 3 DIMENSIONS! Now poke two pencils into the box, at the points where your 3" pipe would enter and leave the box. For simplicity of understanding, rotate your box so that it matches Figure 22 on page 65 in the book: Tube Bending Simplified (available from Amazon.com or E-bay.com). Now follow the crystal clear explanation in the chapter COMPOUND LENGTH AND BEND on pages 65 through 69 in the book Tube Bending Simplified. After doing the easy to follow calculations, you will find that both of the fittings on the 831 mm center to center piece are 75.5 degree fittings. A 3" standard 90 degree elbow has a 4-1/2" radius. If you turn to page 13 in the book Tube Bending Simplified, under the 4-1/2" radius chart, you will see that a 75 degree bend has a face to center measurement of 3-7/16". Pretend that these are 75 degree bends, instead of 75.5 degree bends. Your 831 mm travel - (3-7/16 + 3-7/16) will equal 831 - 6-7/8 to equal an end to end pup piece of 824-1/8 mm.
Hi, thank you for this explanation. I found an angle of ~15.7° (√ 214^2+73^2 = 226, then atan (226/800) = 15.7°). I found other videos where they take the value of the angle, 15,7 ° in this case, as base angle to determine the face to center measurement (0.6'' with 15°, instead of 3-7/16 for 75°). Could you please explain ?
Easier: hypotinuse = √ 800² + 214² + 73² , then find angle between adjacent and hypotenuse with formula αº = tanˉ¹ ( 73 / √ 800²+ 214²)= 5.04º or between opposite and hypotinuse by Βº= tanˉ¹ ( √ 800²+ 214² / 73) = 84.96º and rotation of flange like shown in video.
Sir plz explain me I have one doubt ? You calculated 11.5 mm from the values of 800,214 and it's using flange side... At the same time you calculated 5degree also have to use flange side .... How its use 85 degree flange side ??
Its given in drawing. watch video clear.thanks. If that value not given. no issue. can find value it using any one of the formulas given here. Watch 1:37
Bina rolling dikhaye kisi isometric drawing pe ek video banao bhai Hame kaise smjh me aayega ki rolling kaha h Ye question aaj mujhse Oman ke liye diye gaye interview me puchha gya tha Plz reply

Got it Todd! TY
Good Information Sir
Good knowledge full video.
Now your calculation is everything okk. Excellent 👍👍👍👍.
Best tutor about rolling pipe ,thank u very much sir
Really this is great knowledge about rolling
Best explanation of piping degrees
Nice
You videos are great , i couldn't see the pipe marking video
Good information
Very very useful brother..thank you
Amazing
Thanks
Best ever explanation.thanks much
Thank you very much
So very important and thank you so much
You are most welcome
👌👌👍👍
Thank you for
Welcome
Very useful
Suoer
Super
Thank u brother ❤️
👍👍
Thanks, very useful 🌷🙏
15 degree rolling west north in between
85 degree elbow up
Thank you 🙏

your formula is nice that is so easy
short formula good to use when talking about production..i have also my own formula short formula also thanks for onather formula you shown..
How’d you get those symbols mate
V...nice information Sr. .
7:49 da li postoji mogucnost da bude prevedeno na srpski jezik.Video je izuzetno dobar i veoma detaljan
Thanks brother🙏❤❤ very useful 🌹🌹
It's ok
please upload more sample rolling. thankyou
Plz make video on how to find travel length for double rolling in feild measurment
In (1) = Horizontal rolling we shall use the Sin relationship not the Tan one.
How about 4" rolling 45°? What is the formula?
sir one doubt
how did you get 88.9mm outder diameter from 3 inch pipe
please reply me
3'' NB PIPE IS 88.9OD THIS IS THE STANDARD SIZE. YOU CAN PUT A BSPP THREAD ON THE END OF THIS PIPES,THATS THE REASON FOR IT.
Sir plz explain me I have one doubt ?
You calculated 11.5 mm from the values of 800,214 and it's using flange side... At the same time you calculated 5degree also have to use flange side .... How its use 85 degree flange side ??
hola amigo doy reciente en este rubro ayúdeme haga un vídeo en español sobre el mismo tema, esta muy interesante . muchas gracias
Tan =add/hyp
No,Tan = opp/adj
How is it finded 3 inch pipe od as 89?????
Its as per ASTM pipe standards dimensions...
Bro now it's CRT
Buen video pasar español
intentaré
Ise awaj dekar samjhaye
What's mean CR on Flange CR?
Sir ,how to find distance 831 mm ?
831 given in drawing (elbow center to center distance).
If that value not given.no issue. can find value it using any one of the formulas given here. watch 1:37
Any job is available in this field... I am a good layout engg
how you suddenly get hypothenius 831 ?
Its given in drawing. watch video clear.thanks.
If that value not given. no issue. can find value it using any one of the formulas given here. Watch 1:37
Bina rolling dikhaye kisi isometric drawing pe ek video banao bhai
Hame kaise smjh me aayega ki rolling kaha h
Ye question aaj mujhse Oman ke liye diye gaye interview me puchha gya tha
Plz reply
ok
831 hw it came in vertical rolling
Its given in drawing.
If that value not given.no issue. can find value it using any one of the formulas given here. watch 1:37
Sir degree agar deffrent ho to double rolling Ka travel kaise find out karenge please
You mentioned in the formula wrong in the tan : opp/adj,
Yes,But its edited correctly.watch one more time....thank u...

π×D/360 ???????
Circumference divided by 360 ...... U will get one degree value...
3.14×89=279.5 cf divided full degree, 279.4÷360=0.77 it's value 1 degree
شكرا لك
With this formula... Convert degree into mm
По русски можно
How u sloved or do calculations without speaking.. If u can't speak then I no need to make vedio
