Just ordered one this weekend and looking forward to doing a review on TH-cam for others interested as there aren't any currently available. Can't wait to receive my robot.

Any new machine will come with the latest firmware/updates. And this unit has everything you need to start cutting day 1 including a ton of built-in common shapes (gussets, brackets, circles, squares, etc.) that you can edit in the machine. So no you don't need a laptop.

That's awesome! We can't wait to see it either.
@@eastwoodco The post processer is difficult to locate on the site. Perhaps add the link under guides and accessories next to the firmware updates??

Awesome Info, Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
I just purchased one of these tables this week. Does it already have the updates on it?
Yes it does! And we'll email you when new updates come available!
Why would my limit switches not be working correctly?
Is this firmware update for the versa 2 x 2 cnc table also?
No all new tables including the 2x2 will be running on the latest firmware when shipped.
About to order my 4x4, for updates or even using the machine do I need an outside laptop of my own?

I thought Eastwood was a "made in the USA" brand. What's with all the Chinese letters on the computer screen ?
We are a U.S. based company, the software the plasma table runs on comes from overseas.
