I am 26yo rn and going to the gym is not practical for me after work. Here's 4 things I've learned so far to keep me alive 1. Got myself gymnastics rings/kettlebells and I workout at home thrice a week, minimal workout keeps me in shape. 2. Learning fav songs on guitar, jamming with friends with a good old whiskey. 3. Solo long walks & Coffee is my new therapy. 4. Taking care of my skin & diet.
