I have this particularly tight spot on the top of my shoulder. I mention to them but they don't really address it. Wish i could find a doctor as thorough as him.

So hard to find amazing ones like him. I went to one before, he was very overweight, like he was out of breath walking from one room to the next. He tried to tell me I should stop taking the meds I need to stay healthy as he can cure all with adjustments (ah yes my autoimmune illnesses that have seen me in hospitals for months qre all because of neck issues lol). Then the guy done one tiny adjustment on my neck that took all of 10 seconds and charged me 100 euros (90 dollars). Wanted me back weekly for the next 2 months. I gave him the worst review and never ever ever went back.
I need someone like this for my back and neck.

They are called muscle scrapers and you can find them on amazon. The method is called "gua sha", just make sure you use it carefully and do some research. If you're using it as rough as he is i would say warm up/lubricate the muscles before using. (i usually use baby oil/heat pads)

As somone on long term blood thinners, I don't think the toxin scraping is safe for me. Any bruising or abrasions pose serious risks. And the fact that I have more fur than Chewbacca doesn't help.😮

It doesnt, the redness shows where its bad internally in terms of muscle knots etc
